Large local Bass Strait Octopus. Tenderised, ready for the BBQ or grill!

Octopus is a mild flavoured species with a unique texture. It tends to absorb the flavours that it is prepared with, making it a great option for marinating, marinara, grilling and frying. 

Cooking Recommendations:

• Boil first for maximum tenderness, coat in oil and spices before grilling or barbecuing. 

Or 

• Char grill over hot coals and leave until dripping ceases. Toss in an olive oil and balsamic vinegar blend along with some oregano and salt.
