Octopus is a mild flavoured species with a unique texture. It tends to absorb the flavours that it is prepared with, making it a great option for marinading, marinara, grilling and frying.
- Boil first for maximum tenderness, coat in oil and spices before grilling or barbecuing.
- Char grill over hot coals and leave until dripping ceases. Toss in an olive oil and balsamic vinegar blend along with some oregano and salt.
