Closely related to Balmain Bugs and Slipper Lobsters, these crustaceans are known for their sweet, rich flavour (milder than Balmain Bug but stronger than Rock Lobster), low oiliness and firm flesh. Sold uncooked and frozen.

These are an XL size, sold by piece. There are approx. 3-4 pieces per kilogram. 

    Recommendations:

    We recommend to cut the bug in half, drizzle with oil/butter, season with salt and pepper and cook on the barbeque in their shell.
