Snapper is known for its distinctly clean and sweet taste. The non-oily and mild flesh is always a family favourite, with the medium-sized flakes providing a versatile option for a wide array of dishes. The whole snapper comes cleaned - scaled and gutted.

• Stuff the gut cavity with your favourite flavours (we love lemon, garlic, olive oil and fresh dill!) and wrap in foil - great for the BBQ.
