Squid Tubes - Frozen

Caught locally in the Bass Strait & processed by our friends in Geelong.
This squid is all natural, with no use of artificial chemical whiteners or tenderizers.

A clean, sweet and mild flavour, the tubes lend themselves well to stuffing with well-seasoned ingredients or cutting into rings. 

Cooking Recommendations: 

• Sicilian style stuffing - Pine nuts, olive oil, breadcrumbs, peppers, garlic, fennel. 
• Tomato based stuffing - stuff with grated Parmigiano/Pecorino cheese, finely minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, egg and olive oil. Serve with tomato passata sauce. 
• Salt and Pepper squid. 
• Battered and fried squid rings.
