This squid is all natural, with no use of artificial chemical whiteners or tenderizers.
A clean, sweet and mild flavour, the tubes lend themselves well to stuffing with well-seasoned ingredients or cutting into rings.
- Sicilian style stuffing - Pine nuts, olive oil, breadcrumbs, peppers, garlic, fennel.
- Tomato based stuffing - stuff with grated Parmigiano/Pecorino cheese, finely minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, egg and olive oil. Serve with tomato passata sauce.
