Locally sourced in the Bass Strait, Southern Rock Lobster is widely recognised as the finest quality rock lobster available.

It has a moist, medium-to-firm flesh, low oiliness, and a sweet rich flavour. Cooked meat is typically white with orange tinges, and the leg meat is often a little sweeter than tail meat.

We catch them & store them in our live tanks, when required we take them from the tank so you are guaranteed to receive the highest possible quality crayfish.

( The Southern Rock Lobster is a wild caught product & therefore the sizes caught is out of our control. Please be aware we will try our very best to supply you with the size requested however sometimes we may supply alternative sizes.
