Closely related to Balmain Bugs and Slipper Lobsters, these crustaceans are known for their sweet, rich flavour (milder than Balmain Bug but stronger than Rock Lobster), low oiliness and firm flesh. Freshly cooked in our Williamstown facility, these bugs are ready to eat! 

Bugs are sold by the piece. There are approx. 3-4 bugs to the kilogram.
