This week's whole Swordfish was sourced from Mooloolaba, QLD, and filleted in Williamstown.
Sold per piece - approximately 300g steaks.
Swordfish steaks are mild flavoured with a slightly meaty texture. The white fleshed steaks are great for grilling or making fish kebabs for the BBQ.
