The Pacific Oyster has a fresh, clean and salty flavour, just like the ocean.
Depending on the time of year, we source our oysters from Blackman's Bay (TAS), Coffin Bay (SA), Boomer Bay (TAS) or Freycinet (TAS). 

* The oysters provided are shucked and packed by the dozen. 

* Oysters may vary in size depending on the season; however the Gem Pier Seafood team will work overtime to procure you the best oysters available.
