Flathead is a versatile family favourite with a deliciously sweet tasting flavour. The firm, white, flaky texture makes it perfect for home cooked fish & chips, either crumbed or battered. Typically from Lakes Entrance or Portland in Victoria. 

Our Flathead fillets are typically between 50-100g per fillet. 

Cooking Recommendations:

  • Coat in egg and breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
  • Battered and fried for home-made fish and chips.
  • Marinate and grill/BBQ. 

This product will be available in min weight 1kg frozen packets
