Rockling - Fillets

Also known as Pink Ling, this deep sea fish has a mild flavour, firm white flesh & is a big hit with the kids (and adults too!). The firm, skinless, boneless nature of these fillets make Ling a great all-rounder. 

Cooking Recommendations:

• Curry (can be an excellent substitute in a traditional chicken curry)
• Crumbed fish burgers - enjoyed both hot and chilled
• Coat in egg & breadcrumbs before shallow-frying 
• Grill or BBQ
• Foil wrap in your favourite marinade and bake/BBQ
